recs for volunteering? (experience & letter of recommendation for social work grad school application)

tl;dr Do folks have any recommendations for places to volunteer in Saint Paul that would fit this bill?
- well run & organized
- related to food distribution, mental health, housing, immigration, healthcare, transit, labor
- have people in charge who would be good at writing a recommendation letter
- in Saint Paul
- bonus: you've volunteered with, worked with, or gotten help from the group you are mentioning

My spouse is doing a mid-career shift and applying to social work school this coming winter/spring. His last couple of jobs were pretty terrible (think places where there was mandatory overtime and/or terrible micromanagers) so getting grad school recommendation letters from them is pretty unlikely.

He also wants to do volunteering closer to the kind of work he is aiming to do eventually. We are thinking there are places where he could help with connecting people with resources or distributing resources (i.e. food banks). (He is currently between jobs and applying for jobs at the schools in the area that have tuition assistance.) He is hoping he can ultimately get a letter from the place he volunteers at to help with his grad school application.

We currently have the Hallie Q Brown Center, Neighborhood House, and Zion Community Commons on our list. But I am just generally aware of food distro work in general, so it would be nice to get recommendations of other places that he could volunteer at that are different than food distro (i.e. mental health, housing, immigration, healthcare, transit, labor). Also, he doesn't have a car, so we want to research volunteering opportunities in Saint Paul or very close by.

Especially hoping to hear from folks who have volunteered with, worked with, or gotten help from the groups they mention and can speak to them being organized. (A lot of volunteer spaces can be chaotic and actually not that well run.)

Thanks for any suggestions folks have!

recommendations for Occupational Therapist that specialized is ADHD/AuDHD.

I'm helping a friend research occupational therapists. They are struggling at work due to their A(u)DHD.

They went to an occupational therapist a while back who was supposed to help with this but was really bad. The OT had printed out lists of recommendations without talking to my friend first to learn more about the specific issues and suggested things like "make a list." (No shit Sherlock! If that helped would someone be coming to you for help?) It was an unhelpful and discouraging experience.

Has anyone been to an OT who specializes in ADHD and/or people with autism and who was actually helpful? An OT who took the time to talk with you and learn more about your specific trouble spots and then gave thoughtful guidance that addressed the issues you are having?

Please recommend anyone who fits this criteria regardless of if they take insurance and what insurance they take. I'll research more into that after I have a list of names.

My friend is in the northwest metro, so places in that general area would be preferred, but its not a requirement.

sheet music for My Lagan/Laggan Love - what book?

I'm looking for the sheet music for My Lagan Love/Laggan Love. I have a fairly decent tune book collection, and figured I'd ask here before reading the indices for like 30 books.

I did check my "The Complete Bagpipe Tune and Drum Score Index" (copyright 1992) already, and it's in there as unpublished, just on CD.

I've searched online and on the usual websites (pipetunes) and have had no luck. When the heck did the Ceol Sean website go down!?!

Edited to add: I did find the BWW file (https://bagpipetunes.intertechnics.com/files/Bagpipe\_Player/M/My\_Lagan\_Love.bww) but when I import it into pipe score, the sheet music does not match either recording I'm working off of.
and the 78th frasers recording https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1scfWI3fehw)

I know it's not a complicated tune, it's just a billion times easier for me to work off of something written down, and I'm learning it for a bagpiping client who wants it for a funeral. If it was for my own pleasure it I would probably be more apt to try to sit down and write it out.
