Hi Guys

How many of you do your own maintenance?

Ten years ago I used to dread the yearly servicing costs! Hundreds of pounds for oil changes all to get that stamp in my book!

Learned how to do it myself it’s actually easy and for some reason I really enjoy doing it!

£44 Gets you premium parts! Castrol Magnatec, Bosch Oil Filter and a new sump plug with washer!

This is the same on many of the older Volkswagens including Fox Polo and maybe some of the Golfs!

Hi Guys, had my VW for a couple years now and got it for a great price. It’s literally a work runner but recently noticed when I put my foot down there’s a couple of seconds delay before the car picks up! Checked my fuel filter and it had VW Brazil written on the side so it’s never been changed and almost 16 years old 🙈

Cost about £8 to fix
