Has anyone tried red light therapy for oral candida?

I have oral candida (I think) for a long time now.
My toungue has a thin white coating. No itches, no swollen throat.
A few weeks ago my brain frog was so bad I could barely function. I decided to cut out all carbs and sugar and it seemed to help a little bit. I am now on week 4 of no carbs or sugars and have seen little to no progress.
Has anyone had success by switching their diet?!

I am also trying to get oral culture testing through quest b it can not find how to buy the test online. I used a telle health dr to help me. I did fluconazole for 2 weeks, and nystatin 2 times one for 2 weeks once for a month and saw little progress.

Very frustrated. What are some home remedies that actually work

Edit: I got candida after getting my wisdom teeth pulled and my dentist gave me antibiotics to take and that’s when this all started.

I ate extremely clean (no processed foods, no large amounts of sugar, no fast food, very very clean eating) prior to all this and now basically doing a keto diet. I’m already loosing weight and size which is very hard of me to put on weight so I’m annoyed with that.

Also how contagious is this?! From what I heard it’s very contagious and I haven’t kissed my wife in months in fear of giving this to her. Also kinda of grosses me out thinking of kissing her with this.
