i was born in Alabama and have been here my whole life.
and my haplogroup is H1 :) honestly shocked to not have inherited any french DNA tho as my moms side carries a french last name and my grandpa has talked many times of our german/french ancestry. but still cool !

i recently used my 23&me data on GEDmatch. i have no native dna shown on my 23&me report and found this interesting to see even if it’s a small amount like it is. i’m just trying to figure out whether this is just noise or actually from a single native ancestor generations back. i’m still very much trying to figure out how to use and understand a lot of the stuff on this site lol
