Afew years ago people could build a house or buy land with salary. but today rent feels expensive

is real estate becoming impossible for young people or it is just new normal?

I've been thinking about this a lot esoecially in growing cities

Houses offer more space and control, but apartment can be easier to manage and sometimes better for rental income

according to you what would you choose and why?
