I bought all new layshaft, idler, and a new differential gear housing, and I was in the process of relocating all of the planetary gears to the new diff housing, and one of the cvd shaft screws would not budge and stripped.

Since I can't remove them, I guess I need to buy a new cvd shaft and planetary gear pinion for the new diff housing, but I can't find the gear pinion anywhere. I'd rather not buy a whole new OEM diff just for the one gear. Any ideas?

Anyone have a trick to remove this idler gear pin? It supposedly just slides out when pushed through the hole on the other side, but this thing doesn't budge. I've been putting a nail in the pin hole and hammering it and it won't move.
