2025 Rogue - loose back end?

I am currently renting a 2025 Rogue and initially considered letting my wife drive it to evaluate as a potential replacement for her minivan. But I quickly became concerned as when I go over any small bumps (normal road stuff not speed bumps), cracks, etc going in a straight line, the rear seems to fishtail a bit and feels like the rear wheels lose stability. Something seems wrong with the dynamic stability of the car in the rear. Is this an issue with the model others notice, or is this a one-off I need to alert Enterprise about this specific car?

2013 - Fumoto valve not fitting

On my 2013, I went to install a fumoto F106sx oil drain valve and there was a subframe piece blocking it from install. Has anyone had the same issue? Did I order the wrong one or is there an extension adapter piece to use?

My gutter likes to leak heavily from a joint with the downspout just under the gutter at roof level. During a heavy rain I couldn’t tell if it was overflowing the actual gutter but today during light rain I could finally see the leaky spot at the joint. What’s the right way to fix this? Beating a dead horse in some way but looking for how others would handle this. I have a 2013 Odyssey and I’ve done every single bit of preventative and needed maintenance and repairs except for the timing belt. I had the timing belt changed at 158K, 5 years ago and I’m at 230k. I know the guidance is every 100,000 miles or seven years so I have 28k or 2 years left to go. Should I wait another year to get it done a second time or should I get it done earlier?
