Jalebi in my opinion should be crusty and thin as mush as it can with a bit brownish orange colour and not too dipped in sugarsyrup but as soon as you take a bite, it should give you the perfect blast in your mouth with a subtle mouthful of kesar taste and with a tinch of rose essence (obv by rose petals) and should be served with fafda and khamand (which again should be juicy to its pores).
Where can I find such a combination in mumbai? Please help I need this too badly!!
