Yippee, you were hiding THIS from us??

Today was one of those days when the PG food was just… not happening 😭

I was hungry and decided to make some noodles instead. While looking through my stuff, I suddenly remembered that I had ordered these Yippee Korean Spicy Kimchi noodles a while ago.

I had completely forgotten about them because I never really got the time to try them.

So today I finally opened the packet.

I honestly wasn't expecting much. I just wanted something quick and edible.

But damn.

These were actually SO GOOD.

Why doesn't Yippee advertise these more?

Which mass gainer should I use to gain weight ?

Hey everyone, I’m a 19-year-old guy, 5'9" tall and around 52 kg, and I’m trying to gain some healthy weight.

I currently live in a PG quite far away from my home. The main issue is that the PG food isn’t very calorie-dense, and I often feel like I’m not getting enough calories throughout the day. I also don’t really have enough time in my college schedule to cook meals for myself, so preparing proper high-calorie meals regularly isn’t practical for me.

Because of this, I’m considering adding a mass gainer to my diet to help me meet my daily calorie requirements. I’m not trying to gain weight extremely quickly—I just want to gradually put on some weight and build muscle along with it.

For those who have been in a similar situation:

1]Which mass gainer would you recommend

2] How much mass gainer should a beginner take?

3] Any good and reasonably priced options available in India?

I’d really appreciate advice from people who have actually used these products or have experience

gaining weight while living in a PG/hostel. Thanks!

From tomorrow gupt navaratri will begin and I am thinking of doing navdurga sadhana in the sadhana app. It's going to be my first sadhana so if someone who had done this sadhana has any guidance or advice no matter how small is I will truly appreciate them. Thank you
