hello need help lang po in choosing agencies na legit.

I‘m an NCLEX passer na po and gusto ko sana umpisahan na agad yung process to get my PD. I only have 1yr 2mos of bedside exp which is a disadvantage from what I’ve read here. Pero meron din akong nababasa na less than 1 yr of experience yet they already have an agency to help them with their US dreams.

I tried avant and wwhs but rejection emails pa lang natatanggap ko so far lol. With SW naman, I applied for VA pero they are currently not processing my application since wala pa atang available na account or smthg. Medjo slow din ang progress which I expected naman but I can‘t help but feel discouraged since I have a work gap of only 2 months yet nahihirapan na akong makahanap ng employer 😞

pls feel free to comment any agency that can help me work abroad and process my PD for the US

hello. I’m a recent passer of nclex with 1yr and 2 mos of work exp before resigning. currently not working in bedside and i tried reaching out to multiple agencies like Avant, SW, and WWHS. So far, rejection emails pa lang natatanggap ko. Common reason nila is that I am currently not working sa bedside. Gusto ko lang sana umpisahan na agad yung process so that I can get my PD asap.

Avant and WWHS - accepted my application but sent a rejection email after reviewing my profile

SW- I am actually applying to work as a VA since mas malaki talaga sahod compared to bedside nursing however, they said that they are not currently processing my application since wala pa atang available na account or smthg. I was really looking forward to this before resigning kasi akala magiging safety net ko ang VA which is a mistake on my part.

Please feel free to recommend staffing agencies or direct hire na I can apply po. I desperately need advice and motivations from fellow nurses so that I can weigh my options. Ang hirap pala abutin ng US dreams lol
