I recently went to a 5 days trip to Coastal area, and due to the heavy heat and sun exposure, I’m now heavily tanned, mostly on my face and this will take weeks or months. How do I get rid of this tan fast? Any body-wash, moisturiser that would help would be helpful (suggest the product and brand name if possible), Thank you!

P.S. I get tanned even if I swim in a pool. My skin at-least changes 4-5 shades darker. I have Indian dark skintone. I used Neutrogena’s sunscreen.

Please, don’t hate. I’m the first one in my family studying in this field. I’ve recently graduated with a 3 yrs BA Psychology. I want to become a Clinical Psychologist and I have no idea about what to do next. I’ve searched everywhere and no one seems to give a clear guideline online. Are there any entrance exams that I’m supposed to write? And which cllgs offer RCI licensed degree and what is the admission criteria?
