Ive tried everyone in the bcs and all just do the opposite of what you tell them to do. Anyone know who have good knowledge of hair styling especially long hair?

I wanted to gift my sister an ipad on her birthday but apple increased the price to 50k from 35k. I wanted to get it with a pencil but its going way out of my budget. Is ipad still worth it at this price range or should i get some other tablet?
