How to fix this?

Hi all, the clear coat on this carbon fiber was peeling very bad. I watched a few videos specifically for m3/m4 carbon fiber roof restoration and they said to use lacquer thinner to remove the resin from the weaves before painting. After a little sanding, I did this on this part and before I could finish, I had an appointment for an oil change at a nearby dealership. The car was at the dealership for maybe an hour. I told the dealership not to run the car through the car wash but they did anyways. The roof now looks like this. The white part is where I used the lacquer thinner. How can I fix this?
