Coordination & Compliance: Handle building/zoning codes, ADA requirements, and review grading/drainage plans. Consultant Collaboration: Work with external architects, engineers, and surveyors to keep deliverables on track. Project Support & QC: Handle weekly RFIs, submittals, change orders, and perform quality control reviews.
💼 Requirements: Experience: 7+ years in professional architecture (multifamily residential & wood-frame design preferred). Tech Stack: 7+ years of hands-on Revit experience on medium-to-large projects. Enscape knowledge is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or equivalent. Skills: Strong understanding of construction detailing, high attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills.
