I'm watching the tv show Alone and they're around Australia & New Zealand, saw this duck(?) on the show but can't figure out what it is. Google images seems to think its a blue billed duck or a paradise shellduck but I cant find any other species with this cool blue/black coloring. Any help would be greatly appreciated here 👍

Picked this up over the weekend, new to me 2019 Vantage in Q spec Elwood Blue. Been a dream if mine to own an Aston since I was a kid and couldn't believe I was finally able to do it, I know the front end is a bit hate it or love it for some people (the refresh 2025 model is gorgeous) but this thing is an absolute rocket ship to drive and I couldn't be happier
