I’m getting together with my friends for a draft this year and would like to do a physical big board as to avoid over reliance on rankings. About 8-9 can make it but 3-4 will be missing. I want to be fair to them and use an online draft board to keep track, but again I don’t want to do the built in board. Are there existing tools anyone has used/built for this? Wanted to ask before I make one myself.
When you listen to a song and are “listening for the chords”, what specifically are you listening for? Is it a specific instrument? Something with the melody? Or something more general I haven’t found yet? Not sure if that makes any sense, but thanks!
EDIT: Should’ve been more clear on my skill set. Been playing guitar for 7 years, entirely self taught, so I have a YouTube level music theory knowledge but no proper technique.

I have an interview coming up on monday that I kind of got thrown into last minute for a data science co-op position. Part of my interview is a 45-minute code assessment where they'll be testing my python and sql. I'm solid at both but I'm trying to find out what level of question they might ask me given this time frame. Additionally, there's a separate more conceptual portion covering my mathematical background. Anything helps! Thanks
I applied for the PhD program in Applied Math, and haven’t heard anything yet, and I’ve gotten no responses to my emails. I would imagine they’ve sent out all the offers already, but I also know that the process would usually include an interview. Anyone else in the same boat with this one or other PhD programs? Im assuming I didn’t get it but want to know officially so I can go about life day lol
