MCFD/Family court

My now 15 year old, almost 16 was removed from her moms by MCFD at the age of 1 due to abuse and unsafe conditions. After a lengthy court battle of 4 years, the courts chose to give mom primary. Fast forward to now, her mom has continued to abuse her physically and emotionally. The ministry has been called multiple times by multiple people over the years and shot every allegation down. A couple weeks ago she came over and said she cant live their anymore, shes been suicidal and feels very unsafe around her mom and refused to go back home, despite her mom telling me that if she stays here I am harboring a whore and playing into her games. She went to her school counselor and principle and they told her that she was overreacting about this all and that she needs to apologize to her mom. I guess someone had reported to the ministry about this incident and has now chosen to investigate. According to mom, my daughter has to either go to moms house and talk to the social worker or do it at school. Mom said though to her that if she doesnt do it at her house, my daughter will not be getting any of her belongings back.

My legal questions are, can my daughter not call the cops and ask them to get her stuff? If mom is under the microscope, why does my daughter have to go there for an interview? I need to know what hwr rights are. Her mom had made several threats via messages to her that she will "come down and end her." Theres alot more to this all i just need to know at her age, what's her legal rights.

Property manager/Inspection

Question about our legal rights. My wife and I and our 5 kids have lived in this townhouse for 5 years. We normally deal with a property manager. Every 4-6 months she will come and do a property inspection. We will do a clean bwfore she comes but she always has something negative to say. The last 3 times she has told us that we live like slobs, our kids should eat and drink without spilling blah blah blah. Today, she said the same things, but added "Im not sure going forward, since some of these stains may not come out. The damage deposit only covers so much." I told her that I can get it out, and have before but we also have kids and this place isnt trashed. There's no holes in the walls, carpet isnt ripped and its lived in. She insisted that it was a dump and she wants to do another inspection next week. Is there not a clause for normal weat and tear? Can we not just enjoy living here without having to worry about being judged? I included some of the pictures I took and 1 of the stains that she said not even a professional can get out.
