Really really strong/painful sports massage therapist recs!
Looking for really strong, very (good) painful massage therapists. Had a therapist in a small nevada town that changed my life and I have yet to find her equal here even though the market is so saturated. Open to both specific people and companies. Thanks
Classes about the National Parks?
Hi guys, I have to pick my electives for the fall and there is one about the national parks. I like being outside but don't know much about the parks or know if it would be a fun class. If you were taking a similar class, what would you want to learn? What do you think would make it interesting? I don't want to spend the whole semester learning about teddy roosevelt or something. I get to ask the teacher what it's about before I sign up so do you have any ideas for questions I should ask to make sure it's a fun class?
Where do you get your lesson ideas/resources?
Hi all! I work for a national park nonprofit that builds lessons/curricula for elementary schoolers about the parks. We are looking to expand our reach beyond the two states we currently work in, and we're looking to get a better idea of:
Where teachers find ideas for activities and lessons (what websites, print resources? etc)
What the average teacher (who teaches in schools outside a sparsely populated, rural area) looks for in an engaging lesson plan, specifically about the natural world/science.
We're looking to engage more schedule one schools and bring the National Parks to individuals who may not have the opportunity to visit them in their childhood. Any suggestions, interest, questions, and resources would be super helpful. Thanks!!
