Low heart rate with medication?

Somebody please tell me I am not losing my mind.

So, according to my primary, we found the “right dose” of Synthroid for me.

Labs since I cannot add pictures:

TSH: 5.040
T4: 12.4
T3: 26
Free: 3.2

But since then, heart rate has absolutely dropped off. It started 80s when I was on 50mg of Synthroid, but now am on 75mg.

Now, sitting, heart rate averages 49-50. Sleeping continuously goes down to 54. I think I am showing signs of bradycardia. People keep telling me that this is great!! But after a year of trauma surrounding this thing (multiple times I was told it was cncer or I was going to de) and very high heart rate, I am questioning everything.

I have an appt for wend that I hope to keep for my next round of labs. But is this normal?? Or am I in trouble?? I have no shortness of breath or anything, aside from when pressure hits my scar, but other than that, nothing.

I am female, so I do go through a menstrual cycle, so maybe that’s why it’s low?? I don’t know. This is all still so new to me and I am more used to being closer to 100 than this.

Sorry for the long post.

Best jobs for someone with bipolar

Hi all!

So I just got denied for my appeal with disability. I am worried to face the judge. Definitely a lot of what ifs floating through my mind.

I plan to face the judge, but if push comes to shove, what kind of jobs can I do?

I tried office work by both Americorps Vista (before national service was discontinued) and a receptionist at HR Block, as well as a paraeducator working with special needs students and retail (cashier and grocery pick up, stocking, etc)

I am kind of stuck because either I lack routine, discipline, or am running away, but none of those stuck. I did well with vista until I started missing days. The rest was high stress, missing days, hospitalization.

I did have someone who did do job retention with me and even they said that they wanted me on disability. They would write me a letter. However, they are on medical leave. So I wasn’t able to get anything. On top of, now they told me to go to DSHS in order to get anything like that.

If worst comes to worst, and the judge denies me, what kind of jobs can I do? I cannot handle high stress situations, loud noises, etc. so is there anything I can do?

Thanks!

I was wondering if anyone knew about this? I’ve been diagnosed with bipolar for years and Geodon can cause QT Prolongation: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC419304/ but it also does more with Synthroi

My doctor doesnt believe me, but if I get upset, heart rate rises to 130. Current heart rate is upper 80s to 90s. On top of general insomnia. I have an appointment on Thursday to try and be removed.

Now Im paranoid and worried, on top of my bipolar depression and could use some advice. My doctor has a habit of stopping me cold turkey.

Has anyone had issues like this?
