Hi! I am new to solid core and I was thinking of bringing my 40 oz brumate era or my 30 oz. Will it fit underneath the carriage? Sorry if it's a stupid question, but I don't want to have to lay it flat and have it roll around.
I am a beginner and I took my first starter50 class yesterday. For reference I lift and walk 15k steps a day already. It went well and I felt like I could handle more. I have two more starter50 classes I signed up for. I took a look to see when the foundations50 classes are and they are all during my work hours at my studio.
Is it a really big jump if I go from starter50 straight to signature50?
Hi! I’m taking my first class in a couple hours. I am very nervous. I have never taken a group fitness class before. I have been weight lifting and walk a lot for 3 years. I know it’s a different kind of challenge, but with my strength training will I be at least a little prepared? I’m also nervous I won’t know what’s going on. I am taking an intro class.
I know to not go on an empty stomach and to bring water.
