Looking for a feedback on a BPC/GHK stack.

Looking for feedback on a BPC-157 + GHK-Cu stack for injury recovery and skin. I’m a 47-year-old woman, physically fit and of optimal weight. I’m considering BPC-157 primarily for recovery from: 1. A broken sesamoid bone on the bottom of my foot 2. A groin/adductor strain that has been taking forever to heal 3. Pain associated with a herniated lumbar disc. For aesthetics, I’m considering injectable GHK-Cu for wrinkles/skin quality. I had a lower facelift last February and am really happy with the result, but as I’m approaching late forties, the skin under my eyes and my crow’s feet have gotten noticeably worse.

For context, I strength train or do cardio every day and am at an optimal weight, so I’m already pretty active and eat well balanced diet. Any feedback is appreciated.

Edited to add: kinda intrigued by MT1, also! I’m a pale gal.

Newbie

Hello,
Research Subject received first delivery of injectable GHK-CU with following instructions: inject 20 units under the skin Monday to Friday. Take for eight weeks followed by a two week break before repeating the cycle.

Concentration is 10mg/ML and syringes provided are 1cc/mL sized.

RS is worried 20 units (2mg) is strong to start. Should RS start lower and titrate up slowly?

Also- isn’t taking the weekends off bunk?

L4 and L5

Hello, I underwent an MRI in May of 2025 and received the following results:

Disc desiccation at L4 and L4-L5 levels with mild disc space narrowing.
Impression: Multilevel mild to moderate lumbar spondylytic changes with multilevel degenerative disc disease most prominent at L3-L4 and L4-L5 levels.

My doctor wrote- “the MRI of your low back does show multiple levels of arthritis and disc degeneration, most at L3-4 and L4-5 levels where the discs are likely irritating the nerves as they exit your spine. Good news is the spinal cord looks healthy no pinching there. I would recommend a lumbar epidural steroid injection.”

I have since received two lumbar epidural steroid injections, but unfortunately the last one I had (this past May of 2026) wore off pretty quickly.

I guess my question is this- am I doomed? Ugh. Do you think I’m staring down surgery? I am an active 47 year old female. I work on strengthening my core daily through workouts I do online that alternate between Pilates and strength training, but have never done PT.

Just looking to hear from others with a similar herniation. Any truth to inversion tables or hanging from a pull-up bar?

Thank you. So glad I found this community.

Skin exposure to sun?

Hi all- new here. Question- prob dumb but here goes-
when using MT-1 or MT-2, I know UV exposure is needed for the peptide to work best. Do the actual body parts that you want to tan need to be directly exposed to the sun, or does simply being outdoors in the sun while fully clothed still produce the same effect? Thank you.
