Banana ball w 5 & 3 yo

We have tickets for banana ball and are taking our 3 & 5 yos. The pre-game starts at 3:30 and the games supposed to end 8:30 which is a long time for my littles. For those who hace gone to a game with little ones would you recommend:

  1. Arriving early at 3:30 to enjoy the pregame stuff and possibly leaving mid game
  2. Skipping the pregame stuff and watching the whole game

Any other suggestions/advice?

Is it wrong to hide you’re in GLP-1?

My cousins kept pressing me on what I did to lose weight? I didn’t feel like telling them my business so I told them that I was following a diet (which had been successful for me once on the past).

WIBTA for not participating in SIL’s bridal party anymore?

My sister in law whom I get along with but am not particularly close to asked me to be a bridesmaid. I said yes because I thought it was sweet she asked. A few months later she asked my little kids to be in the bridal party. I said yes because the kids were excited. A month later she now sent her attire choices including a $80 dress for a 3 yo, two $65 suits for 5&6 yos, $140 bridesmaid dress. The kids clothing prices particularly seem excessive and inconsiderate and I’m turned off. There are so many inexpensive clothing options these days. This doesn’t include the expenses for accessories, hair, my husbands groomsman attire, the outfits we need to get for our 3 teens not in the bridal party, the travel and hotel expenses.

WIBTA if I back out 90 days out? I would probably still let the kids participate.

Buyer agency commission

I have a buyer that I’ve been working with for a year and half. We got an offer almost accepted but the seller countered to only pay my commission at 2% instead of 3%. This is so frustrating given I’ve been through so much with these buyers. I don’t want to compromise the deal. Buyer agency agreement doesn’t say anything about a a commission gap. What would you do in this situation?
