How is the state of faceit in India?

I was thinking of getting back into cs and wanted to know how is the state of faceit servers. Since faceit now requires prime, I wanted to know if it's worth spending the money on.
Are there dedicated Indian servers or do we need to play on singapore?
If yes then are there Indian players or are the servers filled with middle-easterns?

Are cigarettes available near campus?
Odd post but I may be joining this college this year. I was wondering about the availability of cigarettes since I've heard that this college is situated in the outskirts.
If yes then please let me know which cigarettes are as well.
