started in dec 2025 on 15hr contract always been 2 8hr shifts but no noticing from nis July shifts are now 9 hours said at interview due to other commitments and work 15hrs is the max I can do but now this will put me at 17hrs a week has there been an update to driver shift lengths recently as never seen any driver at my store be scheduled more than 8hrs and no it’s not 1hr OT as GA either

had a journal message regarding my sons course ending and payments will stop if not staying on which he is, was told to update the details to reflect the new end date In 2027 then had a message saying we will update your claim once verified that was 3 weeks ago and still nothing next statement is due next week and don’t want payments being reduced because they havent verified my information I said I can send in offer letter for course and child benefit has already been updated so not sure why such a delay
