I am looking for a salon , that can actually cut male long hair , even if I go into a good salon most of the time , all they know is doing fades and taper on men. I have been growing out my hair for a while now and need a layered cut to grow out a flow. Also not super expensive as I dont have much money. any reccomendations?
I have a decent Cort bass with active pickups, but right now I can’t afford an amp or an audio interface. A friend of mine plays guitar and manages without one—he uses a 6.3 mm to 3.5 mm female adapter to plug his cable directly into his PC and records through FL Studio. The audio quality isn’t great, but it works.
I tried doing the same thing with my setup, but it doesn’t work on my laptop. My laptop only has a combo headphone jack, so it doesn’t recognize the adapter as an input device. However, when I connect it to my old PC, which has separate microphone and headphone jacks, it does detect input—but that system is too weak to run FL Studio properly.
To fix this, I bought a TRRS splitter for my laptop, hoping it would allow me to use the mic input through the combo jack, but it still doesn’t work. At this point, I’m not sure what else to try—does anyone have any ideas or solutions?
