Day 5 of a cut on the inside of my pointer finger near the joint. Definitely no where near 1/4 inch deep, it’s just being stubborn and not closing. Reopened due to moisture getting under bandage this afternoon and me not catching it until this evening. Looked like the other photo prior to moisture. Washed well this evening and just trying to air it out now. Very minimal pain, if any.

Is there anything I can do for it in the meantime? Wound tape? Finger splint? Something else?
