is there any chance i might have paget's disease of the breast??

okay so. i'm only making this post because i have medical anxiety and just want some advice, and am planning to go to a doctor if it gets worse or doesn't really heal up in the next few weeks.

for context, i'm quite young, only 19, and don't generally have a history of skin conditions or anything like that. i've had very, very mild eczema on the crook of my arms, worse on the right side and not as bad on the left, that has barely left a mark and hasn't flared up in a few years save for the itch every now and again when the weather gets dry, but nothing worth reporting past that, and am not the type to get much acne either or be sensitive to much things like laundry detergent or whatever.

for the past few weeks, i've been having dry, flaking skin on my right nipple. at first, it was really mild, just itchiness, so i wasn't worried. also, i've had this on my other nipple a while back, and that has since cleared up without any actual treatment though i think it did leave my nipple scarred from the scratching, which was bad self control on my part, i think. but this time, it's definitely itchier than before. i've changed my detergent and my body wash after the skin keep flaking off(on my nipple and areola, but mostly the areola), but i think wearing tight sports bras has made it worse by sticking to the skin. the skin stuck just a little to my bra and now it's been weeping for a few days, but only very mildly, and sometimes as it's healing sticks to my bra again and rips off the scabs. i've since read a few subreddits and am using vaseline over a cotton pad to stick it over my nipples to keep it from rubbing against my clothes and also keep it moisturized during the day, and i'll report back on how that goes, but as of now, it's been helping to keep the area moisturized and let it heal better. i don't wear bras at night to let it air out, and the cotton shirts i've bought are going to be on their way pretty soon, so i'm looking forward to that. i'm also kind of really scared to use steroids since i don't want to thin the skin around the area since it's really sensitive.

i'm not exactly that worried, since my nipple looks pretty normal(as in when it's moisturized it's basically just a regular nipple with a little bit of darker scabbing) save for a few scabs, and is only weeping from where the skin has peeled off and isn't giving off discharge and the eczema is still quite mild, but i'd really like some advice as i think the anxiety is giving me stomachaches ;-;

i don't think it's paget's since i've also had it(kind of but not as bad) on my other nipple? am i just really, really paranoid??
