Hey,
got a new Urevo walking pad and have been using it for like 3 days. Today it suddenly started making a weird creaking / cracking noise whenever I step on it.
What’s confusing:
-it happens even when the machine is OFF
-sounds like it’s coming from the frame, not the belt
-tried oiling it already → no change

Anyone had this with Urevo or similar walking pads?
Is this just loose screws / normal break-in stuff or did I get a defective unit?
