my team lead just told us that they’re planning on getting rid of the set schedules, meaning you can be put at any hours or any days unless you update your availability. but they did say that if you close off your availability you’re less likely to get many hours, but full time would still be at least 32. is anyone else hearing about this or know when it’ll go into affect??
