I just got it brand new. Started it up and connected it to the app. It started to download the firmware update but stopped at 97%. After that I tried turning it on again but it turned on and turned off after 1 sec. Now it won’t turn on again. I charged it for 30 mins but screen is just black. Whenever I plug it in screen is also black. I’m travelling tomorrow and wanted to create a vlog. I’m frustrated please someone help me quick :(
