Unexpected change since having a Polar watch
I have struggled with undiagnosed/unmedicated ADHD my whole life (35 years). Because of this, I have always struggled with drinking, having at least 1 drink a night from age 13 on.
I got the Polar Pacer a few months back, and immediately became fascinated by the sleep tracking. I found that any night I consumed even just 1 drink, my sleep was compromised. But one nights I didn’t drink, my sleep was at the very least “good”.
To summarize, I have been consuming a maxi of 2 drinks per week (some weeks none) for the last month all thanks to this watch
