I'm looking for a small mp3 player with am/fm radio reception .. also one that has storage capacity for downloading music. does anyone know of any?

Is anyone experiencing a delay in their PA Rent Rebate? I filed in early April and have a confirmation code and email that my application was received. When I inquire online I get this response: "We have received your Property Tax/Rent Rebate application. Please allow additional time for us to process your application. If additional information is needed you will receive a letter with instructions. Rebates are typically not issued until July 1st."

Is anyone experiencing the same problem and has been successful in getting a rep on the phone for an answer?
