Seat Belts For a Mercury Grand Marquis?

I recently purchased a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis LS, but the safety lock on the rear seat belts doesn't work, and it cannot pass safety without them.

I live in Ontario, Canada, and it has been seemingly impossible to find replacement seat belts, even the shop I brought the car to couldn't find replacement seatbelts from their usual distributors (though I'm not sure if they're only looking for OEM parts or not).

I need to get a rear left and rear right seatbelt retractor and tongue.

I'm unsure if the seatbelts are the same across all Panther platform vehicles or not, but does anyone know where I can find what I'm looking for?

I live in a place with an absolutely abysmal car market, and so I've decided to turn to importing a JDM vehicle, but it appears every single one I look at is a right hand drive, and living in Canada, I do not want to use right hand drive.

Is there any way I can find left hand drive JDM import vehicles? Or do they just not exist?

So I'm eyeing a used 2011 E550 4Matic, but I'm a first time car buyer and I really cannot afford to get a car that's gonna have reliability issues.

It has 240,000km on it, and I'm not sure how reliable it will be after that many km, it's running a 5.5L naturally aspirated v8, and I don't know if it has Airmatic suspension or not (if it does I definitely won't be buying it), but if we were to assume it doesn't have Airmatic suspension, how reliable will this car be for daily driving in all seasons?
