Quoting demons during homily
Good days to everyone here, I come from a Catholic country where possession and exorcism is somewhat common. Priests here usually have one or two anecdotes of exorcism in their career.
Anyways, I just find it kinda weird that priests would usually quote whatever the demons would say during homily as a way to warn or scare the people. But the thing is, I kinda think that’s putting more power into the demons hands as well as giving the demon’s words credibility. So to the priest here, what am I missing?
Specifically, I saw this video:

Idk if anyone here understand the language but at the start of the video, he tells of another priest encouraging the people to receive the eucharist without confession and then uses the words of the demon to prove what the other priest is saying is wrong.
But the thing is, by doing that does he mean the demons are right (instead of saying they are liars?) and that if he listens to them, we should listen to them too?
