come next day i temporarily use my old worn out golden stained trusted glasses. i was quite upset from my Emotor Shop transaction but i humbly Understands their expert instruction (kuno?) then handed my receipt. and on my surprise the lenses are effin thick . my heart sank coldly. i asked her how come makapal(?!) when i aggreed for ultra thin lenses . na mas manipis p nga ang broken glasses ko vs the new one!! she didnt sound empathic and vaguely explains what i availed. okey i got you. but to simplify it didnt meet my expectations how come ultra thin pero makapal. on my better interpretation due to the anti glare/ transition coating eh mas kumapal pa ang lenses even nag avail ng ultra thin offer nila. i dint rant much but my tone is very upset kasi ako ang susuot hindi sila. awkward bigtime. i calm myself and even clarified my 2nd concern of ordering from other branch the same old frame i have. walked away with long face. i asked one personel to talk with their technician for better clarification since hndi n explain mabuti ng lady assitant. the technician confirms that the coating adds up the thickness of my lenses even i avail the ultra thin lens. as much i would like to speak up with their manager ,he is not around to hear my frustrations and rant. it could been handle better if upfront sinabi na with the additional coating kakapal ang lenses nyu. i set aside nyu kahit n may paying costumer kayo. it must be explained btter and clearly what they can recieved after the eyeglasses are made. its not only clear vision we are after but better explanation how it would look like for us. unmeet costumers satisfaction. dapat ma train sila paano mag set proper expectations
