Season’s Scoring Prediction
I’m prolly a little behind DraftKings and FanDuel, but who do you guys think will be the team's leading scorer this coming season?
55-min warmup enough for a 5K-ultra, or do I need to budget more time at the start-line this weekend before the race kicks off?
Not only is the headline pretty runningcirclejerky, but this comment below it took the cake:
“I'm 57, I literally show up at the start line and start running. Just blasted out a 20:40 5k a few weeks ago and 3:17 in Tokyo, 3:35 in London, and 3:34 in Cape Town doing the same thing.”
No notes!!! 😂😂😂
He’s not like all the other runners.
Consider yourselves on notice that you have now been “separate[d]… from the elite.” You didn’t even have to do a 55-min warmup to achieve that status.
Who was better: Jeff Green or Otto Porter Jr.?
I know, I know, kinda hard to say definitely since, in some ways, it means comparing peaking vs career length, but humor me ….
Are you guys seriously peeing your pants?
So I knew this was a thing with triathletes. I was a bit suspicious of cyclists, due to the difficult nature of bibs. Honestly it's not a topic I've spent much time contemplating.
I was listening to an episode of the Boulder Boys (great show btw, new fav). Can't recall who guests were, some fast trail runners I suppose. They very casually spoke about peeing pants while running. I had no idea this was a thing. Is this a front pack normal thing? Is this a practice any of you personally do?
