Stranger Things 3 was not the best season, don’t get me wrong, but for some reason it was the easiest to rewatch for me.

Is this book worth the hype?

So, as we know, the Upside Down is a wormhole, connecting Hawkins to the Abyss. But how was the Abyss created? And how was the Mind Flayer created?

Percy Jackson crossover time: So we know that the Mind Flayer is smoke/dust related. In Greek mythology, we know a few deities who could possibly have created this being:
•Zeus (highly unlikely)
•One of the Wind gods (Semi-likely)
•Nyx (Most likely)

Nyx is the primordial goddess of the night. My theory is that Nyx wanted to create something better than her sister, Gaia, so she created the Abyss. She could have created the Mind Flayer using her daughter, Achlys, goddess if the Mist of Death, to create the Mind Flayer.
