New player question

Hello there I am starting an OBR army as my 3rd army and was curious if the recent battle force box can build a spearhead army aswell. A lot of my local play is spearhead and I was curious if that could build one or if I need to grab a spearhead box as well, additionally any starting tips for OBR would be nice currently playing skaven and seraphon

So I’ve been playing spearhead a lot in my local area and have started organizing spearhead doubles games and because of that I like playing the same grand alliance as my teammate that being said I currently don’t possess and death or destruction armies and I would like a new challenge my current spearheads are both seraphon and the new skaven with skaventide spearhead. I’m looking for something with a bit of a different feel from these
