This would be visually stunning but she is not East German or Austrian or Russian as she has been described in the comics…. I think they could find someone to meet those traits but visually she is a ringer for Baroness. Acting is about acting emotions not supposed to be acting a different ethnicity as that trends into racist territory but physically, it would be tough to find a more striking match. She is pretty short though….

Torpedo is Polynesian and a Chief Warrant Officer - 4 (CWO-4). Average age is about 38…. This guy is 36 and has the perfect look to play a Hawaiian Navy SEAL on the Joe team….

Scarlett is an Enlisted-5 (E-5) in the Army and the average age of an E-5 is 22-24 years old. Sadie Sink is the perfect look and age accurate casting for the iconic Joe character….

An age appropriate Scotsman to play a despotic Scotsman….. also perfect age for the CEO of a major defense contractor and weapons manufacturer. He is also the CEO of a private military company (PMC), the Iron Grenadiers…..

Kit Connor would be solid.
