There is a doctor on YouTube that posted a procedure injecting deoxycholic acid and said it would dissolve the gland. Anybody seen any evidence of this in reality? What sort of risks? If it works, how effective is it?
What are folks experiences with OTC NDT versus NP Thyroid? Just had a functional medicine doc recommend NP Thyroid and their price is $90 for 120mg. I am going to ask if they can just write a script to get it filled through a pharmacy (Amazon Rx has it for nearly half as much without insurance). Otherwise, just thinking of getting an OTC supplement.
Has anyone had good success just going OTC?
I have been diagnosed with OSA twice and finally have decided to address it. I was quoted for a CPAP and a full mask. I didn't really question it all, but my wife said that there was no way I would like having the full mask (I lean towards her being correct, she is a nurse and she knows me). What would be some better options for somebody new?
I guess some other factors... I have a hard time breathing through my nose and often get congested. I have had sinus surgery addressing basically everything (sinuplasty, septoplasty, turbinate reduction) and it probably 80% better, but I think the turbinate reduction was conservative and I get collapse of my nostrils still which can be addressed by other means.
I've been with my woman for over 30 years now, when we were teenagers. She's had tons of health issues over the years and we nearly split last year after a year of no relations. None of this happens consistently. I am thinking a good part of it is performance anxiety. However, having read a minimal amount of pelvic floor... I am certain I am in a constant state of tension there. Even now, if I think about it, everything is tight almost in the same way your core would be to maintain good posture, like it is the default state.
Any advice on things to look into?
