Should I wait longer?

Hi everyone, I increased my dosage two months ago from 50 to 75 mg, as it's a dose I'd taken before and I remember feeling more stable. I feel like I've improved, but I don't feel completely well. I feel like I should increase to 100 mg. My question is, have the 75 mg doses had their full effect, or should I wait a little longer before increasing the dose?

I'm afraid to take the step and be stuck with this forever.

Hi, is there anyone else who's been taking Zoloft for several years? I've been taking it for four years and sometimes I feel bad for not having stopped yet. Another question: how did you feel when you increased your dose from 75 to 100 mg? I've been on doses between 50 and 75 mg maximum this whole time. They've really helped, especially at the beginning, but I feel like I need to increase the dose because I don't feel completely well. My doctor says my 75 mg is a low dose and that I should increase it, but I'm scared because I think 100 mg is a very high dose and maybe it will be harder to stop if I go up to 100 mg. I don't know. For those who made the switch, how did you feel? Do you regret it?
