You know when you call some big business and you reach an automated reception system. Have you ever not had the voice tell you that “the call volume is higher than normal “. If it is higher than normal all the time when does the higher call volume become normal.
Maybe the high call volume should indicate that the cheap a$$holes should hire more people to answer the phones
