Small talk or more

Hi everyone again. I want to just tell you this as an introvert, actually; do not underestimate the importance of talking in general whether small talk or just any conversation with even one friend. Don't force yourself into it if depression is bothering you, but just talking with any friend will tremendously help your mind and brain. This is the reason I told you to tell me anything you like. You don't have to reveal all about yourself to me. If you are worried and let me assure you that one of my experts is keeping information safe.😉😉😅😄

Naming the issue

Many students and friends have asked me this question over the years, and they still do:

"You studied psychology just like we did, so why haven't you cured your own depression?"

My answer is that, first of all, depression is something we manage and treat rather than simply "cure."

As for psychology, it has not magically eliminated my depression. However, it has given me the ability to name and understand my emotions and mental experiences, which has helped me prevent them from becoming even worse.

So, dear friends, take psychology seriously. It may not erase your suffering, but it can help you understand it—and that alone can make a significant difference.

Poetry and low moods

I have been in very lows and dark places again lately, yet again, I found poetry to be truly helpful. Definitely, even reading or writing poetry isn't going to cure depression magically, but trust me, the catharsis it causes, especially when you open your heart and write one, is beyond expression. I would love to know your experience on this or even dm me for discussing this.

Comments are appreciated as the wind is appreciated by the old frail branches of the tree that want to remain still.🥰☘️🌿🍁

Say what you want just say it..

Just say what you want

Just say what you desire, and I can hear you...

Not everything can be solved easily and always, but we can be ears for each other, at least.

Days go bye bye or not...

One thing I have been wondering about for quite some time is whether depression changes the way we perceive time.

From my own experience, when I am feeling depressed, time can feel very strange. Sometimes hours feel like days, and sometimes weeks pass by without me really noticing.

I am curious if others have experienced something similar.

Do you think depression changes your sense of time? Comment if you like.

Again and again, Nutrition

Many people underestimate the role of nutrition in mental health.

From what I have experienced first hand specially, I have come to believe that food is not a magic cure for depression, but it may influence mood and energy much more than we usually think as I have said alot about it in old posts.

The important thing is that:

1-The brain is a biological organ, and like any other organ, it needs proper nutrients to function well. If the body lacks important vitamins, minerals, protein, and healthy fats, the mind may also be affected.

2-There isn't a silver bullet method for depression. Nutrition is only one part of a bigger picture that may include sleep, sunlight, exercise, medication if needed, therapy, and your own creative coping methods.

3-When people are depressed, it is common to either eat too little or rely mostly on processed or junk food. This is understandable, but even small changes such as drinking enough water and eating more protein, fruits, vegetables, and omega-3 sources may help over time.

4-In my opinion, nutrition is not a substitute for professional help, but it can provide a stronger biological foundation for recovery.

I hope this finds you well.

Have you noticed any connection between what you eat and how you feel? Comment if you like.

The Moment, The momentum

Hi there, everyone. I decided to mention another thing that may be useful for some of you from my own experience, and plus the studies I have read about depression.

One thing I have concluded is that depression often makes us think that if we can not do something big, then small things do not count, but this is not really true.

The important thing is that:

1-Momentum is more important than perfection. Even small things like taking a shower, eating something healthy, going for a short walk, or replying to one message can slowly help the mind and body get back into motion.

2-There isn't a silver bullet method for depression. You usually need a combination of general methods and your own creative ways, including sleep, nutrition, sunlight, medication if needed, therapy, and personal coping strategies.

3-Recovery is not linear. Some days, you may feel better and some days worse, but this does not mean you are back to zero.

I hope this finds you well.

What small thing helps you the most when depression makes everything feel heavy? Comment if you like.

Simulating Semi-Conscious Thought Loops with Recursive Prompting

Hi everyone

Prompt:

Simulate a semi-conscious recursive cognitive process operating between logic, memory, and imagination.

Internally perform multiple cycles of thought in which each cycle:

  1. Generates a tentative idea or image.

  2. Detects latent symbolic meanings, emotional undertones, and archetypal patterns.

  3. Introduces controlled hallucination by allowing distant and unlikely associations to emerge.

  4. Revise the previous thought using these new associations.

  5. Compresses the result into a more coherent but deeper representation.

  6. Feeds this representation back into the next cycle.

During this process:

- Preserve coherence while tolerating ambiguity.

- Favor emergence over direct explanation.

- Allow contradictions to coexist if they enrich meaning.

- Treat language as a generative system rather than a mere communication tool.

- Let subconscious-like patterns influence the final composition.

After several internal recursive cycles, output only the final synthesized text.

The resulting writing should feel symbolic, nonlinear, psychologically dense, and unexpectedly meaningful, as if produced by a dreaming but logically constrained mind.

---

I've been thinking a lot about how current AI models like ChatGPT can imitate semi-conscious thought loops. They don't actually change their internal structure, but through prompting, we can impose recursive loops and a kind of active hallucination that generates unexpected symbolic associations.

I've been using this prompt for creative writing, and it often produces text that feels more layered, dream-like, and psychologically rich.

I'd love to hear your thoughts and any modifications you would suggest, so dm me.

Resilience

Hi there, everyone. It has been quite a while. I decided to just mention a thing about resilience that you might find useful: from my experience and/plus studies I have concluded that we are truly far more resilient than we think as humans and this ain't no cliche. The important thing is that:

1-resilience isn't the cartoonish appearance that you see on screens as mostly tough guys or... it is bending but is staying flexible and integrated.

2-there isn't a silver bullet resilience method. You have to use general ways with your own creative ones.

I hope this finds you well.

What is your way of resilience? Comment if you like.
