We’re looking for 2–3 fast, reliable Virtual Assistants to join our team as Sales Reps for a 5-week contract role.
This is a high-speed, performance-based role where the faster you respond, the more you earn.

💰 Earning Structure:
- Deal value range: $10 – $450
- Commission: 10–20% per sale (top closers earn the higher end of this range)
- Additional: $0.10 – $0.20 per qualified lead
- Close rate: ~30%
- Leads: ~10 per day
👉 Rough potential: ~3 sales/day + qualified lead payouts
👉 The faster you reply, the more leads (and sales) you secure

- Leads are first come, first serve
- Whoever replies first gets the chance to close
- Replying within 1 minute is the ideal target
- Based on our data, fast replies make you 300% more likely to close

📩 What You’ll Do:
- Reply to inbound Instagram DMs
- Follow a proven sales script (provided)
- Qualify leads (required to earn lead payout)
- Answer simple questions + guide customers to purchase

- Weekly training provided to improve your closing
- Feedback to help you increase your earnings over the 5 weeks
