Hi! I’m on day 3 of my tongue piercing, just wondering with cleaning my piercing is it okay to just swish salt water around my mouth or should I be cleaning it directly with a cotton bud?? Thank you!! 😸 also I haven’t been eating meals throughout the day just like small snacks because eating is tiring, 3 times with salt water is the limit right?? I’m finding it hard to work out when to clean it with salt water and when to clean it with water
