Most people in the UK have heard about what happened to Henry Nowak which should never of happened! Tragically Henry Nowak lost his life after being stabbed and the police offers kept him restrained after Henry pleading to the police that he could NOT breathe multiple times and had told them he was stabbed and no ambulance was called until it was too late!

Not only that the man that killed Henry LIED pretending to be a victim of racism and the police TOOK HIS WORD instead of FULLY investigating LIKE THEY SOULD HAVE!

A young man’s life tragically stolen when this should NOT have happened the police officers involved need to be held accountable! This is exactly why we need to do better I have no words😡😡😡

Rest in peace Henry Nawak and I’m sorry you was failed so incredibly badly 💔🤍🕊️.

Constantly tired all the time and been discharged from endocrine ( I have hashimotos) I feel like I’m not getting anywhere was discharged because my thyroid is stable but I always feel drained and exhausted I’m fed up grrrrr and my periods have been all over place I have been getting TWO in a month recently
