I recently blew up my 2010 370z and am looking for a new engine i need some advice on where I should look as well as possibly upgrading to a 14+ because of the gallery gasket issue

I have a RU7100 tv and I have a ak59-00149a remote (idk if this is the remote that comes with the tv but it works for some things) whenever I try to use settings or some other features of the remote it disables most of the controls to a point where I have to turn the tv off and on to do things when in settings none of the arrows work
