recurring gut issues, help

why am i so prone to intestinal inflammation and what can i do to fix it. i have very fast metabolism therefore i am skinny despite eating a lot. i am very prone Intestinal inflammation or gut infections. i was hospitalized for something similar to this when i was like 2 but i dont remember much about that. when i was about 11, i was first hospitalized for intestinal inflammation the 1 more time a year later for a gut infection or like a stomach infection. when i was 14 i was hospitalized for hepatitis A (the liver disease thing with yellow skin and eyes). then shortly afterwards (2-3 months) i was hospitalized again for stomach infection or intestinal inflammation ( i forgot atp). a couple months afterwards AGAIN, i was hospitalized for another stomach infection (ecoli or something). ever since the first incident when i was 11, i walk around 10-20 minutes after i eat for better digestion, i avoided eating before bed, and after i turned 15 i averaged like 11k steps a day.

i actually had a pretty good streak of not being hospitalized, for almost a year, until like this may20th, i was rushed to the emergency for a stomachache, got better in the ER, went home, felt bad again and had to go back again. i was hospitalized for 4 days (all my hospitalizations last anywhere from 4 to 7 days). this time it was a stomach/gut infection. before my most recent hospitalization i didn't eat anything bad in particular. any junk food i eat are from known brands like KFC and what not and snacks like pringles and stuff. In during the period of time when i was 13-15, i ate instant noodles but so did my whole family. before my most recent hospitalization on may 20th, i ate some lotteria fried chicken on may 12th, some pringles on may 14th, and some home cooked pork skewers on may 18-19.

i made sure to walk a lot, i drank a lot of water. i got tested and i dont have g6pd. my household is very clean and we're upper middle class. im not denying the possibility that lotteria fried chicken couldve contained dirty things or the pork or pringles or anything i ate throughout my life, but other people eat it, my own family members, and theyre just fine. it's not like i particularly have bad gut health either. i poop once every day or 2 days. my skin is quite clear without much skin care (it wouldnt be if my gut was good). my farts dont smell, which might be another indication.

i just dont get it, what is going on. im a big foodie and whenever i get hospitalized, im put on the shittiest diets for like days to weeks on end. im so sick of it, im about to go abroad to study soon and i wont have my family to take care of me or pay for my medical costs and stuff, what do i do. what is wrong with me and how can i fix it. im hoping it gets better with age

Note: i binge eat sometimes? like twice a week (cuz i buy snacks once a week and they run out in 2 days).

edit: i forgot to mention that prior to my most recent hospitalization, i have been sleeping at like 3-4 am. also in my past 2 hospitalizations, i had fevers where i was visibly shivering and in both times my fever going up to 105 fahrenheit
