Weddings or Funerals?

Weddings or Funerals?

Depending on the stage of life you are at, you either find yourself attending one of the above very different celebrations than the other.

Weddings are definitely meant to be more joyous BUT with modern marriages being ridiculed and downplayed more than any other time in history, it is not a surprise that the new bride who's been trending on the clock app has more negative comments, than positive vibes. Yet, she was just using her talent to celebrate probably the most significant moment in her life.

Reminded me of these lyrics.

She's all dressed in white, I'm all dressed in black

Both got tears in our eyes, hers happy, mine are sad

You cutting a cake, cuts me like a knife

So tragic, it's beautiful

Is this a wedding or a funeral?

FOMO?

Endurance running movement has been growing exponentially since Covid-19 crisis. That's a positive. Especially, because many are simply in it for the pure passion of running. I have been around for a minute in these fitness circles that have been impacted by the FOMO craze. First it was hiking, now it is running. It gets comical when I observe individuals who clearly haven't even had any serious training block signing up to run a full 42.1Km 🤣 These ones keep the emergency medical teams busy.

They get schooled real quick. In due time, only the serious and passionate are still in it years down the line. Anyway, see you on the road.

"Personal Assistant"

Brian Obuya has done a great piece on that Nick Imudia saga (in case you are clueless check out Ntv channel on YT). Men out here better tame your "small head" if you want to stay safe. Remember what Chris Rock said about why men are loved?

Sometimes my memory bank recalls really random moments. I once lost my car keys hapo Oloolua Forest while bending over someone's daughter. 🙃

Only got to realise when back at the car. Had to walk back searching at all the spots we had done the deed.

I was lucky that day!

Funny thing is I can't even remember her name or even how she looks.

Thank God nilitulia. 304 phase can be wild.

First comes the money, then comes the power, then comes the respect. Hope you live long enough to realise there is no truer statement.
