I’m planning an overseed and reaching out to companies and was given a $300 quote for mowing/bagging/aeration for a 6,500 sqft yard. Just checking across the board if this is something I should expect for pricing.

Im starting my renovation now and doing some identifications. These are stumping me because it could be fescue seeding out but I’m getting some patches of it throughout the yard. Located in upper Midwest.
After years of doing everything I possibly could, the torque converter finally hit the wall at 185k so it’s getting a full replacement. Im having a good shop do the work for $5,500-$6k but for those that have done their transmission, did you have any special tuning done outside of “manufacturer spec” if that makes sense. Im a 99% highway driver.
